Through quarterly events, we create meaningful opportunities for connection, learning, mentorship and empowerment. Our Mission is to foster a supportive community where women can connect, share knowledge, and uplift each other in their personal and professional journeys.

Empowering women in the Treasure Valley and all throughout Idaho, we aspire to connect, grow and help others succeed professionally. Our authentic community comprised of C Suite Executives, Business Professionals, Community Leaders and Entrepreneurs is one of a kind and is a safe space to engage in professional development. Additionally we embrace the opportunity to support young females newly entering their careers with mentorship and community service activities.
